This flat is located on the first floor at the back of the building. It provides access to a small terrace, very enjoyable in summer time.

The flat consists of a well sized half-open kitchen with cooking plates, oven, and fridge. The living-room is equipped with a leather sofa, dining/working table and satellite TV. Besides a large built-in closet, the bedroom consists of a large bed (140 cm). In the bathroom you will find a wash basin, bath/shower and toilet.
