I have been staying for almost 2 year in the nice and cozy apartment F4. Everything went smoothly from the beginning of my stay until the last day of staying in that apartment. I have never had reasons to complain about water, energy, internet, heating. The area is calm and safe. I have never experienced any incidents on the streets near by. It Is close to shops (Delhaize, Colruyt). I really felt good in the small but cosy apartment of Fulton Residence and I will always remember it as "my fist home in Bruxelles". 🙂
