I have spent 5 months in a flat in Rue Fulton. F-5 is a small flat, ideal for 1 person. The apartment was clean and nice, very sunny, and has everything that I needed for my stay. The internet was fast and never had any problem with it. Odile was really friendly and helpful from the beginning, and was there anytime I needed help. The flat is 5-10 minutes walk from Schuman, but if you don't like to walk, there's also a bus stop just one street away (Gueux). The amazing Parc Cinquentenaire is also a few minutes walk from the flat. Since the apartment is in the European Quartier, it is really calm and silent during the evenings and the week ends. I enjoyed a lot my stay there, and I would definitely recommend the property of Odile for anyone who is looking for a flat in Brussels!
