I stayed in P-4 for about 10 months, while I was working at the European Institutions. The apartment is very nice and clean. The bedrooms have great closets and the kitchen is fully equipped. The neighbourhood is one of the best in Brussels. Quiet and peaceful, 7 minutes walking from the Schuman area and with great public transport connections (bus, metro, tram). Madame Odile is a great host, Very kind, polite and she solved every problem that turned up in a very swiftly manner. I truly recommend to stay in her apartments!
I stayed first in P-5 and then in another flat. Both were very very nice, quite, fully equipped, clean and tidy. Surroundings very lovely too. It was an absolute pleasure staying there: you really feel at home! And Ms Sion is a truly kind person and an efficient host (I am also so grateful that she offered to move my stuff from one flat to another when I was away and thus not capable of doing that myself!). I totally recommend to stay in her accommodations!
The apartment was very well equipped, clean and taken care of and its location extremely convenient. Mrs Odile was always there when a problem turned up. For example, an oven that had a problem was replaced by a totally new one in just one day. We also stayed at the Patchouli apartment which was great. I certainly recommend them.
I had the pleasure of staying in this apartment for 2.5 years. With its good views over parts of the city skyline, this top floor apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped and has good wifi access. The apartment is well located and only a short walk to the Schuman area, Parc du Cinquantenaire, supermarkets, and bus stops which enables easy access to and from the airport. During my stay Mme Odile was always very pleasant, friendly and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment.

I had a very pleasant stay at this cosy and nicely decorated apartment. It's well located, close to supermarkets, train and metro and to the beautiful Cinquantenaire Parc. Easy to get to the Airport. Mme Odile was always available, very nice and helpful.

My stay in Pharaos was very pleasant. I was surprised how quiet it was in spite of Kortenberg Av. being so close. I enjoyed 7 min walk to my job and walks in beautiful Ambiorix. If there were some disadvantages those were rectified - I appreciated the brand new TV, washing machine and dryer. Madame Odile was very helpful.
Perfect location for all those who work at European institutions, very close and convenient public transport (direct to Airport, City center...) and area full of restaurants and small shops. Very comfortable stay of 1 year in flat with excellent equipment specially in the kitchen, large tv plasma, perfect wifi, etc... Very hospitable and clean. Close to shops, bars, bus stops to Airport and a few minutes walk to Schuman metro. Ms Odile is very understanding and friendly. As for the monthly rent it was very worth it. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.
The apartment is nice, clean and fully furnished. It is very well located, less than 10 minute walk to Schuman station (metro and train), and bus stop nearby for the buses going to the airport and the city centre. The area is quiet, but one can find restaurants and grocery stores nearby.
I recommend the apartment to anyone staying in Brussels. Mme Odile is very friendly and can be easily reached regarding any issue, solving them quickly. On top of this, the apartment offers a very good value for money.
This time I just stayed for one month but I will be probably coming back as this is a very reasonable option for staying in Brussels from one to several months. The flat is very nice, the location is convenient and the price is reasonable. I saw some previous comments on this flat complaining only about the performance of the internet connection, but it worked pretty well for me; it must have been upgraded before my stay.
I spent 20 months here, first in F8, before moving to P1 where I was for the past 12 months. The reason for my move was that F8 had a shower, whereas P1 had a bath.
Both were in a good location, less than 10 minute walk to Schuman Metro & train station, and bus stop nearby for the 21, 63 & 79 buses, the 63 taking you straight to Gare Centrale in about 10-20 minutes (depending on time of day & traffic). Links to the airport are also good here, with the 12 & 21 buses going there several times an hour, along with the direct train service now running from Schuman.
At weekends the area is quiet, but still within easy reach of the City centre.
I would recommend these apartments to anyone staying around the Brussels area for any length of time. Mme Odile is easily contactable if there any problems, and will deal with them quickly. She also provides English translations of the contracts to make it easier to understand what you are signing.
Good, clean, nicely decorated and furnished apartments in a nice area, and managed, serviced and cleaned to a high standard.
The time to say goodbye has arrived also for me... I have spent a total of 6 years in Fulton and Patriotes flats. I stayed longer in P-5 apartment.
The flat is delicious, comfortable and fully equipped and very close to Schuman square. Indeed, I have to confess that I have enjoyed living in Brussels because of the place where I have been living...Of course the great merit of all this is Odile's: she has been always available, nice and willing to help and assist me. So, a huge and sincere thank you Odile!
