I have spent 5 months in a flat in Rue Fulton. F-5 is a small flat, ideal for 1 person. The apartment was clean and nice, very sunny, and has everything that I needed for my stay. The internet was fast and never had any problem with it. Odile was really friendly and helpful from the beginning, and was there anytime I needed help. The flat is 5-10 minutes walk from Schuman, but if you don't like to walk, there's also a bus stop just one street away (Gueux). The amazing Parc Cinquentenaire is also a few minutes walk from the flat. Since the apartment is in the European Quartier, it is really calm and silent during the evenings and the week ends. I enjoyed a lot my stay there, and I would definitely recommend the property of Odile for anyone who is looking for a flat in Brussels!
I spent 6 great months in the F-3 flat in Brussels. It is very well located, in a calm and beautiful area. The flat itself is very warm, very welcome and it makes you feel relaxed.
The owner, Mrs. Odile Sion, is a very nice person and we had a very good communication.
We stayed in the F-7 apartment in Brussels for about 2 years. Very good apartment, well located in the heart of Brussels, not expensive for its location and structure. We were a couple living there and we had an amazing time in Brussels and a big part of that was the comfort of our house... I would also like to say that the owner, Mrs- Odile Sion, is a very respectful person and was always comprehensive and friendly with us, making everything easier for us during our stay there. We thank her and Brussels for the amazing time that we spent there!
Stayed in this ground floor flat, It's very spacious,clean and very comfortable. It has international tv although I did not watch much of it. The best thing about this flat is it's location. You are very close to the commission and Schuman metro. 25 min walk from the parliament and 40 from the centre. Lots of bars and restaurants near by. It is in a quite and safe area and I would highly recommend it and would love to stay there again. Thank you so much again for letting me stay in your flat.
I lived in the Patriotes Residence for 3 months, and everything was perfect. The apartment was clean and had everything that was needed. If I faced any problems throughout my stay, Ms. Odile would always be on the situation and resolve it quickly. The internet was nice and fast and didn’t have any problems with it. The rent was very fair, and the location of the flat was perfect; with bus stops less than a couple minuets walk and 10 minuets away from the subway along with a fair share of restaurants around. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who want to stay in Brussels.
Had a good stay in the flat. Quiet and safe neighbourhood, good facilities and transport connections. The flat is cosy and well equipped.
Thanks Odile for your smooth communication on renting the F2 flat. We stayed there for almost 3 weeks and everything was ok. The flat was clean, pretty spacious for two persons. The kitchen has the basic stuff that one needs for cooking small dishes. The internet connection is ok. The access to a washing machine and a dryer are great things! In other terms, this place fully fulfills the requirements of an apartment that is close to Schuman, shops & restaurants, public transport, a market on Sunday (in Place Jourdan). The area is very safe and parking can be easily found on the street or even on the neighbouring streets, for free!

Honestly it was pleasure for me staying at your Brussels-Flats. I really enjoyed my stay because the apartment was big and cool, filled with everything that i needed. 24/7 water, kitchen is fully equipped. I remember i used to go to supermarket and collect everything i needed and came back to my apartment for cooking. As i am not preferring eating at Restaurants, so the kitchen and its accessories in apartment was the right place.
I would like to thank you Ms.Odile for your hospitality while i was in Brussels, definitely i wish next time when i come to Brussels i will stay in your Flats.

This was my second stay at Brussels-Flats and I was very pleased this time as well. The flat is spacious for one person and in good condition. The area is quiet and close to the metro and Jubelpark. It is convenient that everything is included in the rent, and the landlady is very responsive and easy to communicate with.
I can recommend this residence very much! The flat itself is ideal and the surrounding is great. Your are in a very nice historic district outside the busy and a bit ugly European Quarter. But you can reach the European Quarter and the city centre very easily by bus, metro or even on foot. I really enjoyed my stay!
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay for 6 months in F-2 Pharaos flat. The flat is conveniently located in the European district, with the bus line to the Airport and shops very close by. The flat was very cosy and spacious and the area in general is very safe. The landlady was very accommodating and always ready at hand to assist. I would stay again in this flat and I definitely would recommend it to anyone working in the area. 10/10 all round!
The flat in Rue de Patriotes is really nice and cosy. I have enjoyed my stay in Brussels for a few months. Odile is very friendly, helpful and very flexible, I think every landlady should be like that. The public transportation is very good in the area, the Schuman metro station is only a few minutes’ walk, and the bus to downtown goes from the corner. The next time I need to work in Brussels I will definitely contact Odile to see there if there is an empty apartment for rent! 🙂

Comfortable flat well equipped, warm. In quiet, safe location very near to public transport, local shops and supermarket. Everything is included in the rent,so there is no need to worry about any bill. The landlord, Odile, is really friendly and helpful. She was immediately available when I had a problem with a window and she managed to fix it right away. I would recommend it!
The P-1 apartment in Rue de Patriotes was my second home for six years. Cosy, well equipped, warm in the winter time, perfect location, quiet! I liked it a lot and can only recommend it. It is very handy that you have already everything in the apartment, from bed linen, hair dryer, pots and pans, TV, etc., so you just can move in only with some of your clothes. If I need an apartment in Brussels in the future, I will come back.
