Recommended by one of my colleagues, I arrived at the Fulton Residence in Nov 23 and stayed 4 months during my internship. It was a very pleasant stay, the house is very clean and quiet. After the stay a very detailed overview of my expenses was sent, I even got some money back due to lower consumption !

The apartment responded perfectly to my needs during the internship at the European Parliament. It is quietly located but at walking distance to a lot of facilities. The check-in and check-out processes went smooth. Calculation of utilities was very clear at the end of the stay and the deposit was returned without delays. Good experience!
My girlfriend and I stayed in the very cozy apartment F-7 during my internship. We had a great stay, the location is quiet and hence close to all supermarkets, restaurants and well connected. Odile is a great host, she maintains well the property. You'd regularly see her renovating an apartment or maintaining the common areas which are immaculate. Very advisable for a short stay in a good area in Brussels
Odile has very nice apartments. I have been several times In Fulton, Patriotes and Stevin. Always for short stays between 2 months up to 9 months. I was always satisfied with the choice. The studio is super well equipped (I asked for a hair dryer and received it the next day), 7 minutes walk to the EU institutions triangle, calm and safe.
Odile was kind, delicate, welcoming and punctual.

I have had a great experience in this appartment during my stay there. The appartment has everthing you can think about, super well-equipped, and also Odile is super nice and is willing to help and take care of everything. I would also highlight the great location, close to the European Institutions. I totally recommend it and I would totally repeat the experience.
I stayed at Rue stevin residence for around a year and a half. I spent the first 9 months in S1 flat and then i moved to S5 flat. Both studios were amazing and had everything i needed. The S5 flat is pretty cool since it is cozy and had a big terrace!
Odile was amazing, very welcoming since day 1 and very flexible as well! You can rarely find such landlords in Brussels!

I enjoyed my stay at the F-1 flat in Fulton residence. It is very well located, close to European institutions and Cinquantenaire park. It is clean and has everything a person needs for a stay of several months. The owner is helpful, available and takes good care of the residences.
Very nice apartment, tidy and fully equipped. The Patriotes residence is located in a wonderful area, close to EU institutions and just a few minutes from the city centre. The host, Madame Odile Sion, is really professional, kind and always available to help you during your stay. Strongly suggested, particularly for a short-term stay in Bruxelles.
I stayed in my apartment for 10 months - F-5 Forest in the Fulton Residence. Odile and her husband have been the most wonderful hosts: welcoming, flexible, available, and open to individual requests! I have already been recommending it to my peers as it is perfect for any short-term stay, such as a traineeship at EU institutions. It is very practical for that matter that it comes fully equipped (including laundry room in the basement with cleaning tools eg. hoover, mop) so you do not have to bother having your basics covered on top of moving in. Everything that you will ever need is basically at arm's reach - shops, institutions, facilities included. I also really appreciated that the location is safe and quiet so that I was able to do my work smoothly in home office as well.

The Patriotes residence has perfect location - close to the main EU buildings and the central city parks. There are also a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment is cosy and well equipped - everything you need for a short or a long stay in Brussels. Madame Odile is very correct in the relations with the tenants. I stayed in P-4 for about 10 months, while I was working at the European Institutions. The apartment is very nice and clean. The bedrooms have great closets and the kitchen is fully equipped. The neighbourhood is one of the best in Brussels. Quiet and peaceful, 7 minutes walking from the Schuman area and with great public transport connections (bus, metro, tram). Madame Odile is a great host, Very kind, polite and she solved every problem that turned up in a very swiftly manner. I truly recommend to stay in her apartments!
I stayed first in P-5 and then in another flat. Both were very very nice, quite, fully equipped, clean and tidy. Surroundings very lovely too. It was an absolute pleasure staying there: you really feel at home! And Ms Sion is a truly kind person and an efficient host (I am also so grateful that she offered to move my stuff from one flat to another when I was away and thus not capable of doing that myself!). I totally recommend to stay in her accommodations!
The apartment was very well equipped, clean and taken care of and its location extremely convenient. Mrs Odile was always there when a problem turned up. For example, an oven that had a problem was replaced by a totally new one in just one day. We also stayed at the Patchouli apartment which was great. I certainly recommend them.
I had the pleasure of staying in this apartment for 2.5 years. With its good views over parts of the city skyline, this top floor apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped and has good wifi access. The apartment is well located and only a short walk to the Schuman area, Parc du Cinquantenaire, supermarkets, and bus stops which enables easy access to and from the airport. During my stay Mme Odile was always very pleasant, friendly and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment.
